    Yoga Level 1

    This class focuses on your core muscles and working them out. Definitely not a *gentle* beginner class, but is fairly simple. Additionally, the instructor, Beth, will let the class know how to do certain poses and will correct poses during your practice to ensure you don’t injure yourself.
