see all reviewsLove Barry’s! Great music, facilities and classes. The class is set out with 30 treadmills, where the first 15mins you do sprints/running - to great music! Then 15mins on the floor with dumbbells, then 15mins back on the treadmill then floor work again. I like the diversity with the class, they also did an introduction for me on the first visit where I went into the room before anyone else and Lou showed me how it all works. On your visit just listen out for whether you are starting out with treadmill/floor :)
