    I Breanna’s her energy. Shes super sweet and warm. When she greeted us at the door she was so welcoming and genuinely and She seemed happy to see all of us come in for the class. She also asked me about any injuries I had which I appreciated. Iv taken her class twice and Will definitely be returning.

    I LOVED this class! I’m still very new to Crush Camp, this class with Rachael was my favourite. The pace was great, I love the atmosphere and vibes!! I will say, this class made me realize there’s some work to be done in terms of my endurance for cardio!!! Will definitely be back :)

    Get Ripped!

    I really love the Get Ripped class! It's a good balance between cardio and weights. Works the entire body. The instructor is always showing us modifications, if you want to go lighter or push yourself.
