    This is prob the biggest circuit group class I've taken, it can fit up to 40 people so you won't be getting much personal attention. Would def recommend having previous equipment and correct form experience. The workout itself is great, less rest and keeps the heart rate going.

    I did sweat; it was a workout and i was mildly sore the next day. I do think the instructor could’ve made it more challenging, but she was in crutches, so i think she might have been a little limited this particular day.

    Smooth flow like a well choreographed dance. Even the music matched the practice's mood. Awesome instructor and studio manager! Temperature was well maintained and didn't get unbearably hot. Parking is in a small structure at the back. Enter the driveway right after the Joe's parking structure to get into the building's lot.

    The studio is very new and clean, all brand new equipment. They still have some trouble starting and ending classes on time but the staff are all very friendly and proud of their establishment. Can def see this place becoming popular! There are plenty of street parking around if you don't want to park inside the building. Classes are less suited for beginners.

    I had a great experience! Chris was really great about guiding the class through the breathing and each movement, and even provided pointers and adjustments as needed. A great class to take at the beginning or end of the week to release tension. Looking forward to coming back.

    Great practice with Rich. Definitely a challenging yoga class but I liked how he did the moves and moved around the room so everyone could see him and the correct posture. Good combination of strength and stretch They provide mats which is great if you’re traveling For me, the studio was hard to find in the hotel so give yourself a little extra time. It’s down a hallway by the ballrooms. I called the gym and they came out and found me - thank you!
