    RED ROOM - Full Body - Lower Focus (50 mins)

    This was my first time at Barry’s. I’ve always been intimidated with HIIT classes but Alex and the Barry’s staff made it SO comfortable for me. Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

    Essentials class was good for beginners. If you’re familiar w Pilates and have a strong core it won’t be as challenging but still a good workout and to get familiar w their methods. I would take it one more time before moving on to other classes.

    I wouldn’t call myself the biggest fan of cardio, but this class was actually fun the whole 45 min. Every station goes by quickly enough that you don’t burn out and it leaves you wanting more. It’s a great sweat and strength class inside a great studio.
