Natasha was warm and guided my friend and I throughout the entire class, also going around correcting form if needed. The class is pretty organized and easy to follow after awhile. There were many times I didn’t know what we were doing. Or she’d assume because we did it on one side, then we’d know the other side and we weren’t in the right position. She is new to the studio and she was confused with some people being on one side and it being on the left side while the people on the other side were on their right. She put our equipment away which was great. And she definitely had a challenging and fun full body , good Pilates class!
