see all reviewsGreat class, fun music and choreography, very energetic instructor. Very energising - loved it! Other staff were very helpful and kind too. Only issue with the studio is that the changing room was rammed and there was a 20-min+ queue for the shower…

see all reviewsThis was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

see all reviewsGreat class from Jen. Her style is to take a pose and to hold it for several minutes, so the class is slower, less dynamic and fewer poses than some, but boy do you feel it when you’re in a challenging pose for 5 mins !

see all reviewsLove this class and Chloe is brilliant, exactly the right level of instruction vs letting you get on with your workout. Always teaches me new techniques and is varied and challenging but the format means it’s you pushing yourself and choosing whether to lift heavier each time. Would really recommend.

see all reviewsNice quick HIIT class, going through 3 different circuits. The instructor was lovely and very good at taking the time to explain each section. My only constructive feedback was that I could’ve been pushed a little harder in the class - but great for beginners or for a mid-work exercise. The changing rooms are great and lots of nice toiletries.
