    Really interesting class and space. It looks like youre walking into a parkade and ends up being a pink basement studio. They could use some more seating in the waiting area but theyre new so thats understandable. The class itself was awesome. Giulia is a quality human being! Her instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Shes super friendly and approachable. The start of the class is an introduction on how to do the moves properly and the second part is essentially spin on a rower. Really solid workout. If you have workout gloves take them or youll end up with blisters by the end.

    Tara is awesome. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the studio and made me feel really comfortable. She took the time before class to let me know the structure (cardio with air runner, rowing, air bike and jumping rope then trx work) and show all the new people the basics of the trx. She did say the Saturday AM is mostly regulars but throughout the whole time she was really encouraging and hands on and offered variations when needed. Everyone in the class was really nice too. Youll need your own lock for the lockers but there wasnt really a need as she said no one ever comes in through the back. Great workout.
