    Hot Tone and Sculpt with Weighted Bar 1/2/3

    Was a good, challenging, full body workout. The instructor didn't really give any mods for different levels other than use lighter weight. Started with some core, then a few minutes of cardio (jumping jacks, but kicks, etc.) then lots of different movements like squats, lunges, bicep curls, etc. using the weighted bar. There wasn't much of a stretch at the end, just a quick shavasana and happy baby.

    First time and can’t wait to go back. Incredible gym! Super fun and sweaty/power class, loved the routine and the cooling towel at the end. As others have said though, they really need to sort their acoustics, I could hardly make out what the instructor was saying - and couldn’t see her from behind all the boxing bags either!

    Great strength training class! Super small class (only 6 of us), very welcoming group, and helpful/friendly instructor that checked in and made sure we understood form and were feeling good. Would definitely go back and highly recommend for those that are seeking a weighted workout.

    Triple C: Cardio/Core/Conditioning

    Jeff is great - very welcoming and encouraging. The class was mostly cardio/conditioning (all body weight) and not much core, but it kept my heart rate up. Good for someone looking for a sweat, but not an advanced athlete looking for conditioning.

    Kickboxing "Fundamentals" (Adults/Teens)

    The class with Chris was amazing! The level of intensity was moderate but I still enjoyed it. I learnt a couple of new moves. I’ll be back if there’s a chance.
