    Love these circuits so much! Suggestion: clack should allow 30 seconds for groups to meet and figure out which exercise each person should be on. There was some confusion and we had an extra person doing the wrong exercise so others were just standing around. 30 seconds is not long for each move so best not to waste time! A little prep goes a long way.

    Great morning class. There was a lot of people there for it being six am. Good energy from the instructor. The facilities are nice although there is only one shower. Their change area has all the basics you need to get ready before work. It gets a little warm downstairs so I don't know how stuffy it would get in the summer. Overall a great experience but definitely different than the other spin studios. Less focus on riding to the beat and no weights. Lots of high and low intensity intervals. Good start to the day. And they have coffee!

    One of the best Lagree instructors. She does moves which are manageable but can be easily altered to make them more difficult. I like that she does a quick demo at the start of class.     Stretch is a cute little studio nestled in China Town. The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are spacious. You walk up the stairs and it's like a little oasis of beautiful people. There is a lot of interesting design elements and it has a lot of potential. Leiah is a great instructor, she takes the time to slowly go through each and every move. However I wouldn't particularly say this is a class for beginners. I'm almost positive I did every move wrong but she was still very welcoming. I do wish the music had been a little louder.

    Great class! My legs, core, even upper back & chest and arms were trembling (in a good way). One note: I wish the instructor was able to correct form before we got going (I can tell the class is structured so as not to allow extra time, so she kind of just keeps moving on and if she makes it to you, you find out you've been doing your whole right or left side wrong). Maybe newcomers could be shown some of the mechanics of the moves prior to class to get more out of it and a more balanced workout on both sides. Still giving these guys 5 stars because I always have an amazing workout and even when I skip my other workouts, coming here once a week has noticeable changed my physique!

    I take yoga for the physical benefits and for fun and so I only take Chantal’s classes at Semperviva. I find that all their other Vinyasa Power Flow teachers talk, sing, chant, storytell too much and they’re so serious it feels like going to church. Chantal’s classes are challenging yet it’s always lighthearted with occasional humour and music thrown in. The pace of her instruction and focus on breath is also excellent. I always leave feeling happy and uplifted. I highly recommend!

    Way harder class than the 8 count if you're a beginner but the instructor made sure to still make the instructors customized and manageable for beginners while offering variations for the more experienced. Lots of drills and partner work. More of a focus on the movement and technique. Overall although every move felt terrifying to watch being demoed it was a super fulfiling class in the end even for someone who isnt super familiar with boxing.     Tara is awesome. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the studio and made me feel really comfortable. She took the time before class to let me know the structure (cardio with air runner, rowing, air bike and jumping rope then trx work) and show all the new people the basics of the trx. She did say the Saturday AM is mostly regulars but throughout the whole time she was really encouraging and hands on and offered variations when needed. Everyone in the class was really nice too. Youll need your own lock for the lockers but there wasnt really a need as she said no one ever comes in through the back. Great workout.

    This studio is unlike any other experience so arrive without preconceived notions. Expect to find a beautiful space, spacious amenities and other luxurious touches. Ariel was welcoming, warm and encouraging, making sure everyone got individual attention throughout class. The dim lighting combined with killer music further elevated the practice.     Great class, always a big fan of Liana. I always appreciate her attention to form. My only gripe is that sometimes during certain exercises you end up standing around watching another classmate improve their form or take their turn for too long. I wish Liana would offer simple exercises to do for the in between waiting time so you felt like you were getting a full work out.
