Brittany is great. MOB cycle is... A LOT. It’s definitely not the place (in my opinion) for a first time cycler. That said, Brittany is a great instructor for a first time MOB Cycler! I actually bike on the road, and I’ve had MOB instructors that have nearly made me pass out (no question that it’s a great workout!) But Brittany’s classes are approachable, and I’d recommend any class passer interested in exploring MOB to take her class!!

I’ve been to lots of Barre3 classes at a couple other studios, and I really liked this class. I’d say it was my favorite Barre3 class. The space was beautiful too. More open and airy than others I’ve been to, and with a giant skylight to boot. Nice big play space for kids, too.
