see all reviewsI've been to two clases in this location so far and both times I've walked away feeling lighter and stress free. The yoga and Tai Chi class were both challenging but also relaxing and taught breath work and provided great stretching and strengthening. The space has a great energy to it and the instructors were both positive and encouraging. Would recommend anyone to try! Adults of all ages present :)
