    Awesome session! If you’re like me and don’t know what you’re doing at the gym, yet enjoy the sense of community you get through workout classes, I highly recommend Uptown Fitness. My session was focused on strength training and my heart rate was up the entire time. I was told that every session is different, which is nice for a beginner like me to learn how to properly use various types of workout equipment. Andy was amazing to work with and took the time to correct my form and explain what he had me doing. These workouts are very personalized as they are limited to 4 people per session. It was motivating for me to be working out with others while still getting the individual attention I needed.
