Rachel was amazing!! The flow of this class was great, the side body lengthening was really amazing, the instructor was so good at creating a safe space, clearly articulating modifications, and just generally having an amazing vibe. I’ll absolutely be coming back to Rachel’s class! She’s my favorite instructor at Studio 3 now!

Great class with friendly instructor! The body pump sequences were challenging, and he guided us through them in a clear and organized manner

    Hot Pilates

It was my first time in this studio and I really enjoyed it! The class was comfortably heated, lots of space at the noon class, and the weights were comfortable. Sometimes I want a workout that’s in a dark room with crazy lights and loud music. Sometimes I want a workout with natural sunlight and moderate music. This class totally fits the second need. It’s pleasant, but still a tough workout. The instructor gave good form tips and it was easy to follow along. I’ll definitely return! I’m glad it’s on ClassPass so I can add it to my rotation of studios.

    Jump Board

The studio is great and the instructor was clear, motivating, and kind. I personally didn’t love the jump board format. You’re basically laying down and jumping off a thin, hard board. It felt like a lot of impact on my feet, but obviously a good workout. I’ll return to the other reformer class types, but probably not jump board.
