    Love these shred classes! Working out in an infrared room guarantees a major sweat sesh! Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

    Beginner Bungee Workout

    Fun! If youre new to bungee, definitely take this beginner class that covers the basic skills. Instructors were very welcoming and patient. Surprisingly, it was a good workout even though it didnt feel terribly strenuous- I walked out good & sweaty. Class starts with a brief warmup before putting on the bungee harness (jog,shuffle and power skips).Then, you put in special shorts (reminded me of neoprene hot shorts) before being fit with the harness. The instructors help you put on the harness, make sure your bungee is the right length setting, and strap you in. Then, you learn various skills that are built gradually into choreography to a song. It took some getting used to, but was a lot of fun once I learned to trust the bungee. Class ended with a short cool-down stretch. Get there 15-20 minutes early your first time to read and sign a release (yes, the release does allow studio right to video you, which previous reviewer must not have noticed?). Looking forward to next time!
