Melissa’s class is always good, like really good. You can just tell she is super knowledgeable! Class is challenging but she offers modifications throughout. There’s roughly ~15-20 people (or more) in the 6am, 7am classes. Nice turnout. Most, if not all, are daily patrons. So, you KNOW it’s good when there are regular regulars ;)

    Restorative + Sound Healing

Absolutely recommend if it’s your first time. I was aggravated mentally prior to attending. I appreciate the instructor for welcoming and creating such a safe space to move however you’d like, despite it being guided. I didn’t realize how much tension can be held in your body after the mental stress/lack of emotional processing I had prior to attending. After a 9-5, this is such a nice class. The sound bath in the end was the icing on the cake! We all thought it was literally raining lol. I recommend prior to attending to definitely journal some intentions on what you want to release prior to the class. The instructor also made sure we were intentional and was observant if we needed to calm our minds/postures a bit more throughout the session. Honestly a 10/10
