Friendly, energetic, and encouraging instructor. The class was a bit more cardio than I’m used to for barre and barre3 in particular. I liked the studio. It was bright and didn’t feel cramped even though there were a good amount of us there.

A first for me, but loved it! Everyone at the studio is so warm and inviting, and Laura took extra time to familiarize me with the machine and what to expect in the class. It also kicked my butt (literally-my butt is SO SORE)! Ill definitely be back!

Lindsay has a warm welcoming smile, but do not be fooled— girl does not mess around. This particular class had high RPMs and heavy intervals. Loud music, high energy, heavy wheel. Her class is a good challenge and you will sweat A LOT.

Incredible instructor. A Knowledgeable, effective teacher with a great energy and executed a KILLER class. Great for all levels, modifications provided, but also challenging for advance students. She checked in with each student and corrected form; So refreshing to see! I will definitely visit again next time Im in town. TY!

Excellent class today. Katy’s class definitely left me all sweaty. I’m from out of town and always enjoy checking out other classes. I recommend getting there early so the instructor can explain the layout of the workout. Lots of moving pieces but it makes sense and it works. Thanks again for an amazing workout!!!

    Pure Barre Classic

Michele did a great job of working with someone who was a first timer and leading the class for the rest of us. I think that Pure Barre is generally the hardest of the barre classes I’ve attended (Barre3, Romney, Dailey Method, BarreWorks, Bar Method- some of these don’t exist in New Orleans). A beginner could definitely attend this class but I wouldn’t be deterred if you’re not able to get everything the first time. I think part of what makes Pure Barre so challenging is that the class moves pretty quickly.

This class was so much fun, but it was definitely a hard workout! The boards were hard for me to balance on, but the workouts I was able to do on the board were challenging. I was able to do some of the exercises on the mat instead of the board. I felt great after this class! The instructor, she was amazing, she was able to help me with my posture. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the beginning. Will definitely be back again!
