see all reviewsI had only ever attended the HIIT classes, so I was pleasantly surprised. We used bands and weighted balls. It’s starts with breath-work, but then ramps up in difficulty. It’s definitely a good balance between slower movement (flow) and strength/resistance. Ashley was great!

see all reviewsThe class was AMAZING! The best way to start off my week is with a cycle class by Hypehaus. I went by myself to my first ever cycling class and the staff was super sweet and friendly. They showed me around and helped me get situated on the bike. The instructor was super upbeat and motivating and so was the playlist. I will definitely be back and referring all my friends and family here. Thank you Hypehaus!
