    Loved the class setup and flow. 12 min on treadmill, 12 min on floor with bodyweight or dumbbell movements, 12 on treadmill, 12 on floor. Good music, great facility, but be prepared for lots of motivational speeches and “look within yourself and why you came here” talks.

    Lonnie is very attentive to everyone’s form, and provides very targeted feedback so we can get the most out of this workout. A great mix of music is also quite motivating. Lastly, I appreciate that Lonnie gets to know everyone’s names and uses them throughout the session. This personal touch is so important, and it helps each participant know that he is paying attention to us.

    I love this class format and the coach is always checking you do the exercises correctly. The studio is amazing too super cool. I’ve been a couple of times to this classes, my only observation is that it is mostly focused in upper body, would like to have more exercises on legs and abs.

    Amazing full body workout! My legs feel like jello lol. The trainer, Corbin, has such positive & uplifting energy! The music selection really helped keep my energy up too - which was necessary because the workout was definitely challenging. There were people of all levels in this class and Corbin made sure each workout was appropriate & challenging for everybody. Nice studio, good size, with lots of mirrors so you can see what you’re doing. Definitely would recommend this class!
