She always sets the intention of having you leaving feeling better than when you came in. Definitely a "meet you where you're at" class with good instruction, some anatomy nuggets of knowledge, and fun casual conversation.

I was anxious to say the least. However, by the end of class most, if not all, of my nerves had melted away because of such a perfect class experience. The teacher was absolutely lovely - very attentive & experienced- gave great feedback & critiques along with encouragement through literal every single part of class. I signed up for next week’s class as soon as this one was done!
