    Good workout. Idk if it’s worth 15 credits, but I definitely enjoyed it. The facilities are AMAZING!!! There is a dry bar across from the women’s locker room. The treadmills were great and very high tech. I’d go back!

    This class was such a fun Halloween treat thanks to the party vibe of the studio staff and the instructor’s creative themed playlist! The Barry’s UWS crew really went all out and brought in the energy of the Halloween block party going on outside. Had a great time and got in a tough workout. So awesome!

    Great workout with perfect speed pyramids and awesome lower body exercise band sets. Loved how the playlist had songs at just the right BPM for the treadmill workout. Also thought the hollow-body combos using the exercise were awesome for targeting the abs without risking the ab separation that can happen with bicycle crunches.

    Loved the class setup and flow. 12 min on treadmill, 12 min on floor with bodyweight or dumbbell movements, 12 on treadmill, 12 on floor. Good music, great facility, but be prepared for lots of motivational speeches and “look within yourself and why you came here” talks.
