see all reviewsGreat class! It was challenging but not overwhelmingly so, especially for someone like me who has a bit of pilates experience but hasn't worked out in a while. The instructor was kind too and the other students were welcoming and supportive. I already feel sore lol! Also - they provide mats and blocks so you don't need to bring your own. I'd definitely go back!
