    I love this gym! The Sport class was great, but I also just like the space and amenities. It’s great to be able to shower on site with provided towels, and the protein shakes made on site are great to fuel up immediately afterward. The InBody body composition scale is an awesome resource. Everyone who works here is very friendly. Excited to go back!

    Such a great class. Erica creates a safe place and pushes your limits. I was a little intimidated by the chaos at the start of class since it was my first time but Erica read the room, addressed it, and led a solid workout. You really feel the sense of community among others who attended the class as well, which is what separates this experience from any other fitness class I’ve taken in the past.
