    Great class! It was challenging but not overwhelmingly so, especially for someone like me who has a bit of pilates experience but hasn't worked out in a while. The instructor was kind too and the other students were welcoming and supportive. I already feel sore lol! Also - they provide mats and blocks so you don't need to bring your own. I'd definitely go back!

    Perfectly challenging program without being killer — hit every muscle group and transitioned to active recovery just in time! Clear, motivating instruction from Brooke. Meticulously clean studio. Warm, welcoming staff. Great vibes! There was a technical difficulty with the mic that made the audio a bit grating at times, but I didn’t notice it much. Will be back!

    Loved the class! It was really challenging and i definitely felt the burn. My only complaint is that I really had trouble hearing the instructor over the music so it made it difficult to know what to do when I was facing the wall at the bar and couldn’t hear or see what she was doing.

    Amazing class, Robert is the best! He motivated me, and everyone in the classroom to do the bests, he helped everybody to get the best postures, right now I feeling my muscles super stretched, and I like he do all the exercises to show you how to do it correctly , I want to return back for sure.
