    Instructor informed us it was going to be an “easy” recovery cardio day and boy was it a humbling experience. For a person who does the stair master as my cardio this cardio circuit was anything but easy. I can’t remember the last time I sweat and how exhausted I felt after. The instructor was extremely pleasant and had overall great vibes to him. He’s very knowledgeable and helped remind me that I need to incorporate cardio more into my workout routine. Cardiovascular is very important. I would recommend this class. Get ready to sweat!
