    Lovely studio space that lets in so much light! The class follows true to its name with the first 30 minutes being stretching and breathing followed by a very calming 30 minutes of holding of relaxing positions. Anne was great - gave clear and gentle instructions. The studio provides everything you need from mats to bolsters, bands, blocks and blankets. Will definitely be coming back :)

    Wow ! I cannot lie from the moment I stepped into the room I felt welcomed , right away I was put at ease with the community atmosphere. This is a real workout for your full body with team style workouts which really helped with motivation. Most importantly both coach’s are top notch and I highly recommended them 💜
