    STEP & SCULPT

John is a riot! Didn't think about how hard I was working because he was cracking me up the whole time, but I worked up a serious sweat. Fast paced, energetic. Studio has two sides and two front desks for check-in, which is a little bananas -- allow a little extra time for your first visit.

Crystal is one of my favorite instructors. One thing I especially appreciate is that when giving more difficult modifications she'll often say "but that's too much for me" or "I choose not to take this modification". In doing that she demonstrates how self awareness and self care go hand in hand.

    Modo - 60 min **Music

Bekah lead a wonderful flow that departed from traditional salutations and was a welcome iteration. The studio remains clean, welcoming, and well-appointed; in 20+ visits I have never known differently. Today I took advantage of free mat rental if you ride your bike to yoga. Still bring your towel or be ready to rent for $2...but not having to find a way to carry your mat on your bike is super convenient! Outdoor bike rack a few doors down, or I parked and locked in the garage at an unused railing under the stairs...out of the rain!

    LAGREE Mega Max

This was my first Lagree class at this studio. Marian was welcoming and the studio was clean and spacious. I appreciated how she actively went around the room to offer corrections and gave you nods of encouragement. Her very cues were also well timed. I look fwd to coming bk!

    Pure Barre Class

Pure barre is notorious for instructors who talk too fast, don't demonstrate, and don't offer modifications. Amy was such a refreshing change from that! She was clear and easy to follow, demonstrated the difficult exercises, and was quick to offer corrections or modifications. I really enjoyed her class.

I always really enjoy my classes here. Great heat and darkness . It’s what I prefer. This past class I woke up sick (5am) and the studio was very understanding. I was shocked anyone answered the phone before 6 am. Really nice and wonderful studio.

    Handstands

Instructor is awesome and offers new tips each class. The class is always nearly full so I sometimes find myself a few inches away from my neighbor’s outstretched hands and feet. This makes me feel hesitant to do handstands for fear of kicking other people. Come early to get a spot by the wall.

Cameron has really turned into a strong instructor . It was obvious one persons first time as they were very lost, I get it . I was there and sometimes still there in classes. Cameron did a great job helping but still leading the class. It’s great to see an instructor give hands on feedback

All the instructors Ive had at this studio have been great and Crystal is no different. Shes very technical and helps with form to make sure were doing everything correctly. The class is challenging and a great Pilates workout. You definitely need solid Reformer experience to get the most out of this class.

Good workout but different than other barre classes. I would say that half the class was barre and half was strength training with weights, lunges, squats type of stuff and stretching.

    Beginner/Mixed Level Mat

This was a great class! With only 4 students, you get a lot of individual attention. The class moves along quickly and I thought it was challenging. Ashley does hands-on modifications (if your foot should be over there, she'll move it over there, not just tell you to move it) so if that isn't something you like, I would ask at the start of class for verbal corrections. It was helpful for me because I might think my foot is in one place, but more often than not, it's a little off.
