see all reviewsI loved the class, the studio looks amazing, the attention is incredible, they provide towels when you arrive, and also when you leave so you can dry off. The only thing I feel is missing is a timer to know how much time is left for each exercise, or that they display only the exercise we need to be doing on screen, and then move on to the next one. But other than that, I loved everything else.

Chris was really wonderful at helping me navigate the exercises and what worked/didn’t work for me .. with little tweaks and adjustments, it was fantastic. There’s a nice down to earth presence in the gym, it’s a clean space, and was perfect as a first timer. Def going back!
