    Megan is still the best! I saw her voluntarily do extra stretches with a participant afterward.     Wow. I am exhausted in the best way possible. As far as instructors go, Nicole is top notch. Incredibly high energy, motivating, encouraging, and knows what to say to keep you moving even when you're not sure you can take more LOL. This class was perfectly balanced (switching off from rowing machine to TRX band work on the mats) and left me drenched in sweat. Highly recommend!

    This was my first Barrys Bootcamp class and WOW it was amazing. I was very intimidated beforehand and didnt know if I could hang. The people who go to these classes are also very fit and snobby but everyone is so into themselves that they dont even look at you. Gui and the entire staff were very helpful. Gui explained everything beforehand and regularly checked in on the first-timers. The most difficult and rewarding workout EVER. Cant wait to go back and take Guis classes again and again.

    I’ve really enjoyed my workouts at HyLo. I especially enjoyed today’s class with Keith. His workouts are really tough and I struggle to get through them, but he provides the right amount of encouragement and motivation. He will even give you heavier weights when he sees that you’re trying to take it too easy. I appreciate his style of coaching and I’ll certainly be back.

    Great concept for a class, but time is often wasted because trainers dont demonstrate the moves quickly enough, or they demonstrate it while you are in the middle of another workout, forcing you to stop the current workout you are doing to watch.     This was my very first climber-type class. My initial opinion is that these classes are like a weird, alien spin class. The studio is posh and well located. the instructor was energetic and helpful. but the workout itself is a really awkward for me. I'm a long time athlete, and so I'm very cautious of good form. Despite my caution, I felt a LOT of strain in my low back during this exercise. This also felt very quad-dominant, which I'm not a fan of. IDK, may be worth another try.

    This is my third class so far at Set and Flow. I've found it to be a mixed bag depending on when you go and who the instructor is. Pia was fantastic and my favorite so far! She's really personable and relaxed whilst kicking your butt. If I had any complaints at all it would be maybe to have it just a few degrees warmer, but that's all I can think of.
