    This was my first Barrys Bootcamp class and WOW it was amazing. I was very intimidated beforehand and didnt know if I could hang. The people who go to these classes are also very fit and snobby but everyone is so into themselves that they dont even look at you. Gui and the entire staff were very helpful. Gui explained everything beforehand and regularly checked in on the first-timers. The most difficult and rewarding workout EVER. Cant wait to go back and take Guis classes again and again.

His workouts are really tough and I struggle to get through them, but he provides the right amount of encouragement and motivation.     That maybe one of the BEST classes I’ve ever taken at SOS! Do yourself a favor and make time for this class. I, probably like a lot of people, know recovery is important, but never take time to do it. I sure didn’t want to spend class credits to do it. Now I will be sure to add this every week.     Good class. Ryan is a solid instructor. His program is structured and challenging with a mix of run/pace, hills and sprints...not to much and not for too long, but just enough to challenge us.     Great concept for a class, but time is often wasted because trainers dont demonstrate the moves quickly enough, or they demonstrate it while you are in the middle of another workout, forcing you to stop the current workout you are doing to watch.     Today was a tabata style circuit with a variety of movements. In between moving stations we did tabata leg and then core exercise and kept the cardio up! I think FITC is one of the best of the strength and lifting studios I've been to on CP. All the instructors I've had care about form, are welcoming and not egocentric, and keep the energy up!     This was my very first climber-type class. My initial opinion is that these classes are like a weird, alien spin class. The studio is posh and well located. the instructor was energetic and helpful. but the workout itself is a really awkward for me. I'm a long time athlete, and so I'm very cautious of good form. Despite my caution, I felt a LOT of strain in my low back during this exercise. This also felt very quad-dominant, which I'm not a fan of. IDK, may be worth another try.
