Incredibly high energy, motivating, encouraging, and knows what to say to keep you moving even when you're not sure you can take more LOL.     I enjoyed this class. Ray took the time to introduce himself and was very nice. I was able to set up my bike on my own because I have used this type of bike in a few other cycling classes. They have monitors on the bikes which I greatly appreciated (not every studio does). Ray led a challenging yet accessible class. He was motivating and encouraging without veering into that "rah rah" cheerleader/motivational speaker/life coach style that is so commonplace in indoor cycling classes nowadays. The music was a good mix of alt rock with a couple of pop songs and oldies thrown in. I would definitely come here again.

    Such a great mix of slow burn on the mega former, strength training with the TRX/kettle bells, and cardio blasts with the rowers. Really loved the cardio/strength circuit style at the end for a final burn, and the addition of the slam balls to the rower portion was amazing and brutal! It’s as hard as you want to make it to a degree, and the instructor was great with adjusting form, especially for a full class with so many elements.

    Love this class and love the studio. Great workout and I love the balance between the rower and strength training. Carly was welcoming and encouraging. Just wish the studio had not nearly doubled the credits for their classes. I understand peak time pricing but almost all Sweat Fixx classes are now labeled peak and there have been only 5-6 people in the classes I’ve taken recently. Would definitely go to this studio more if credits adjusted down for half full classes!

He does a really good job of quickly explaining proper form in a thorough way and constantly provides examples of how to be better.     Tara is awesome. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the studio and made me feel really comfortable. She took the time before class to let me know the structure (cardio with air runner, rowing, air bike and jumping rope then trx work) and show all the new people the basics of the trx. She did say the Saturday AM is mostly regulars but throughout the whole time she was really encouraging and hands on and offered variations when needed. Everyone in the class was really nice too. Youll need your own lock for the lockers but there wasnt really a need as she said no one ever comes in through the back. Great workout.
