    It was my first time and I had no idea what to expect. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming and gave me a tour and instructions. The workout itself was great. Shannon went over all the moves, but there are screens that demonstrate them too as well as spell out the patterns. Shannon was awesome and made everyone feel comfortable, encouraging us by name. Awesome gym!

    There’s no in person instructor. An audio recording plays overhead. They kept the few people there pretty spaced out. So half (maybe 5 of us) started on bags while the other 5 on floor. Class is not ideal if you’re not already familiar with the boxing punches, since there won’t be anyone there to correct you.

    This studio, class and teacher are amazing! I knew Charlie from his Barry Bootcamp days and he has definitely growled even stronger as a teacher! The studio is very clean especially when you walk into the actual room. The treadmills are all touchscreen and are easy to adjust speed and incline. They are state of the art treadmills and will soon become hooked! Loved the organized individual platform that each client has. It already has various weight sizes underneath so you don’t have to waste time running to find your weights. Also towels are given out to wipe off your sweat. Charlie’s teaching pumps you up! He motivates you a walks around the room to make sure everyone can see what the exercise is. It’s also helpful that the studio has huge screens so you can see Charlie from there as well in case if he’s in a blind spot. His music selection is lit=the best!

    Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate. I obliviously can’t say enough about Rumble!

    Mona was great - just an oddity re: the open gym policy, the class audio was prerecorded. Cues were given via overhead projectors on what exercise to do next, similar to F45. Otherwise facility was clean/Covid procedures in place, and class programming was as expected. Just not as motivating without a live teacher.
