Some parts of the class were a bit faster than I was used to but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. The temperature was perfect - warm but not too hot! I will definitely be back :)

He’s fantastic about making sure you are comfortable, clear on the choreography, and explained to thoroughly before riding. The ride itself was fantastic! I spin every day, and I often don’t feel challenged any longer… so I was very excited to find an instructor that brought such amazing energy and also made me feel challenged, encouraged, and then I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and playlist!!! Thomas was so nice and invited me to ride with him again… So, I’m gonna come back again tomorrow! :)

I love the energy in the room and the occasional hoot and holler, but this was WAY too much. Logan is such a great instructor, and you (rider) are such a distraction. Please consider that not everyone wants to hear you scream the entire class.

She really engages you, corrects your form, and teaches you how to push past your own limits. I love her fun music selections, as they are different from what this studio offers. It is much needed, as there is only so much Taylor Swift and Britney Spears that a girl can handle. I will say this, the front desk can use a little more work with their kindness, the cult like behavior and dramatics can be off putting. They should also do a better job setting the new riders up on their bikes as I am fearful they will sustain injuries. Anywho, just my 0.02 cents! Keep Ashleigh around BDSA, she’s a new instructor with so much potential.

see all reviewsThis was my first time cycling ever and Keenan did such a wonderful job making us feel capable. They offer little earplugs because it does get loud in there (which helped a lot) and the staff was super nice and helped me set up for my first time, which I really appreciated. Keenan brought amazing energy and kept the pace up. I was mostly shocked at how I didn’t feel as tired as I expected through the workout. I also have asthma so I was a little worried, but I didn’t feel any pain at all during this workout. I’ll definitely be back :)

They get your bike ready for you and have a towel with weights ready for you on your bike. They will also make sure your bike is at the perfect height for you. You have to use cycling shoes so if you don’t have a pair, they will rent them to you for $4. The sweet person at the front desk waived the fee for me since it was my first time at Soul Cycle! Nice touch! Easy instructions on how to arrive, be sure to get there 20 min early and download their APP for your reservation. Will def come back!

She constantly told people to sit if they couldn't go fast enough! I am not a beginner and I felt like I was being stared and pointed at if I wanted to get up! What happened to modifying, or trying so you can get better, or it being your journey! Also playlist was lame house music.
