Aaron's class is tough. Legit thought I was about to pass out at one point. He has you doing push-ups and burpees between bag combos. I was in the front bag row and I was able to see but I would have been screwed at any other row. The facility is very clean. There is a lot of bike parking out front. I wouldn't recommend biking though if you're going to this guys class. I was struggling on my ride home.

Great workout, challenging but effective. Brandon is a great instructor, although it is a large room, Brandon visited with everybody and made sure everyone is doing well. My advice to someone taking that class to grab a bag close to instructor/monitor, so you can stay engaged and look at the monitor to make sure you are doing the right combination.

She is a great instructor, and somehow manages to keep track of and provide verbal cues to keep the treadmill group and the floor group on top of their respective workout routines. Very intense workout! “You don’t come here for an easy workout” was often repeated and it rings (get it) true. Consistent challenges and fun. This was my first boxing class, which I mentioned when I checked in & the studio manager and class instructor, Mike, were both great about giving me instruction. Awesome hip-hop playlist - Mike had us matching our moves with the music tempo. Super sweaty workout with great intensity. Boxing drills mixed w some plyo metrics and ab work at the end. Find a partner who is at your level. I recommend getting to class early because there was a line to get our hands wrapped. Also, be prepared to purchase wraps $10-15. Gloves and mats were still sweaty from previous users, but I'm not a germophobe.

Elie (along with perhaps his brother Azea) is seriously one of the most impressive fitness instructors I've ever seen. He is on top of you the entire class and knows exactly how hard you are able to go. For an instructor to give so much time and energy to his students like that is remarkable. If anyone gives him a bad rating it's just because they are lazy and/or not interested in being challenged. Thank you Elie for pushing us to our limits so that we improve- few instructors care so much!

I called the studio to notify them that I would arrive right at the start time of the class so that I could reserve shoe rentals in advance. No one answered. When I arrived no one was at the front desk. Thankfully a kind soul helped me out! An employee who wasn’t even working and came into the studio to workout assisted me. Love the instructor but even though he’s shouting, it’s still very difficult to hear and see him. I recommend a mic and moving the gold bag to the front and elevating it so everyone can see. Placing it in the middle is generally ideal but the pillar really restricts 3/4 of the class to see him. And since we can’t hear him either, it means half the class is unsure of the sequence. He does come around often to correct form.
