She was very motivating, kind, explained and demonstrated all exercises in detail, and I loved the whole class - it was a low impact low intensity whole body weight training, the exercises were easy to follow, and you can choose the weights that you want to work with, hence it suits everyone’s abilities. The studio itself is super nice, love the dark vibe, clean posh shower and toilet. Highly recommended studio, class and trainer!

The class was really challenging, I was super sweaty, and if I was at max capacity I would slow it down and take it at my own pace. Lauren took time to chat with me at the end, gave me some lovely words of encouragement and nice to have a chit chat. Can’t wait to do another class!!!

I would not recommend it for complete beginners considering everything is super quick. Also, you need to decide on your own which dumbbell and kettlebell to use. The policy says to bring a towel, but it’s not required (only if you shower of course). Do not arrive earlier than 10 min because you will enter directly during the previous class (there is no reception, you enter in the training area as you step in).
