see all reviewsThe building is very well maintained and clean. The pool is warm and decent size. The only downside is that they use a lane rope to mark the end of the swimming lane so you cannot do tumble turns as in a normal fitness swimming pool. I would suggest this js not suitable for stronger swimmers who do proper training.

Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

There was a wonderful structuring to the course which really helps you build and develop your skills. They are very adaptable and manage a variety of levels super well. The instructors make each person feel seen and understood and everyone gets some specialized help based on their needs. Highly recommend!

The changing rooms are big with plenty of lockers and wash facilities. The pool is warm and well spaced out with lanes for slow/medium/fast and has a whirlpool, pool spa AND jacuzzi - what more do you need? There’s a steam room and sauna too just to top it off. There’s a nice pub & grill for drinks and food after a good workout with friendly staff throughout the business :)

The cleaner was very sweet and helped me rescue them, but there’s a lot of grubbiness behind there which fell on me during the process. Needs a good clean and a screw back into the wall

Seemed clean and the equipment looks fairly new - you can connect to many things (I.e the treadmill) with Bluetooth or watch tv on them. Remember to take a padlock for the lockers! (Although there is the option to borrow one for a few at the reception, I believe.)

There was an aqua gym class when I got to the pool but one lane was kept free for swimmers which was nice. However, the pool is too short (less than 25m) and very shallow but that’s usual for these sorts of places unfortunately. My only issue was the reception, I had to wait a while for someone to come, they seemed very puzzled, they were friendly but the setup just seemed not well suited to having to show people who’d never been there before around as they were on their own…
