It was one of the hardest classes I’ve done for a long time. It’s been a while since I did a class and felt challenged/defeated. The intensity of the class is a bit lower than the booty and abs class but it is the perfect combination of intensity, pace and stretching. Definitely take this class with Anastasia . I love all the trainers but the classes with Anastasia are just perfect and makes you feel so energized without overwhelming you.
