    Really good class. Even though it was only 28 minutes of running, if you put your hardest you can get a really good sweat and the weighted section in his class is really good. I wish they had a 60 minute class that was high 45 and 15 minutes of weights

    The class flies by bc you do so many different exercises. It’s mostly low impact and mostly abs but he throws in a few minutes of calisthenics to get the heart rate up- just be warned for that. I love Ethan’s energy and think he’s an up and coming instructor who clearly loves what he does. I’d encourage him to give more hands on correction for form, and to talk a little less. His words will have more purpose and power if he chooses them more wisely (right now he talks he whole time). A really great sweat and efficient workout!

    This class is good for people who want a total body strength workout. It's in circuits and everyone has their own station which is nice. I liked Jenna a lot she was nice and not intimidating.     New to this studio. Top floor is the hit / bounce studio. Bounce is a trampoline choreographed class with intermittent weights, pushup, abs section. It takes a little time to get used to bouncing but even if you don’t get every move ur still working out. My calves were burning I think if you are into step classes the concept is similar except on a trampoline.

    For all the people who miss step classes! The class is hiit plus step. They use a small square step with heavy and light set of weights. Class is modifiable for all levels. Less steps, less heavy weights, teacher gave lots of modifiers for newbies. Non stop timed intervals with fun music. There seemed to be a lot of regulars from limelight / equinox days. Studio is new with padded floors and fun changing backlights. There is a gym in the front for private clients. Filtered fountain,shower,changing areas, combo locks with chargers inside. Will definitely be back with friends!

    Great class. Great Studio. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rowgatta is indoor rowing a la Barrys Bootcamp. You will alternate between assigned Concept2 erg and floor station for strength and conditioning. I have been to few row studios in NYC and what stands out at Rowgatta is the studio space and the floor station with outfitted FitBench - everything you need already at your own designated bench; spacious locker room with more than 2 showers (I am looking at you RH and CR with only 2, 1 or zero showers at your studios); and it’s conveniently located smack middle on 14th between westside1/2/3 trains and Union Sq with several train options. I’ll definitely be back!
