see all reviewsThis was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.

All the moves weren’t too hard to follow but it was definitely not easy either. All the classes I ever took with Corepower was great, but this was the best one yet. I’ll be coming back to take her class each week. I loved it!
