PHIIT (Presher High Intensity Interval Training)

Awesome class. Class size is perfect for an intensive and personalised work out. Luis brings great energy and takes the time to correct or adapt individuals work outs so you really get the most out of it. Final community style work out is good motivation to go for the final push. Nice big showers with malin & goetz products also.

    Morning Flow

Perfect class!! I feel great afterwards. Instructor is so nice and her flow is clear and approachable for everyone. Studio is all one room, clean and relaxing with all the props you need. Not heated, but warm at a nice level. No hands on adjustments that I saw, the instructor does the flow herself and you can do your own thing if needed. No judgement or stress here.

IN STUDIO - RESTORATIVE (816 BROADWAY)

Loved this class! The initial getting in was kind of cramped and hectic but I’m sure it’s not usually busy like that. This was so relaxing and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do in this class. I also loved how I was guided in such a soft way! Thank you Gena! (I hope that’s how you spell it)

YS - Yoga Sculpt - NYC

Mackenzie is such a good instructor! Her counts and encouragement is always so helpful. She is not too intense and pushes just the perfect amount while still being amped up. Playlist is always good. Very attentive instructor yet balances It well with making sure she’s showing the poses and flow a few times.

YS - Yoga Sculpt: 45 Minutes - NYC

I loved the class. The issue is studio norms. Someone got up immediately before lights on and slipped and fell on me. People here use phones in studio, leave during savasana- it’s bad!!

Breathwork , Reiki & Yogic Stretching with Strength - for overall wellbeing

This is not a standard yoga class. And that is a good thing. It is mostly a breathing and meditation class. If you want a regular posing or even restorative class, this is not it. But Rich is truly an expert at the breathing techniques that he teaches. You spend the first half of the class working on stretching your body using tension and body weight, and working on breathing. Breathing technique is in a diaphragmatic style, which can be quite tough to do in the beginning, but if you do your best to keep at it, it ends up being an extremely effective way of releasing tension. After stretching and breathing, the rest of the class is a deep calming form of guided meditation, using music, all done with the headphones provided. This is where the breathing and stretching come together to put you in a state of flow, giving yourself space for a very different and profound meditative state and experience. If you are open-minded and walk in with an open heart, you will have a very special hour, surrounded by people who are also working on bringing their best self. Just go and show up with your real self, no pretense, and you will have a wonderful experience.
