see all reviewsGreat music and energy from the instructor. He was also very clear with his instruction. I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

see all reviews1) everyone working there and the returning students were soooo nice and could attest that your first class is gonna be confusing and that’s normal cause it’s a new machine and style of workout 2) I have like never done cardio and while I couldn’t do the whole class, I didn’t expect to. It’s a high intensity cardio class for 30 minutes so definitely out wasn’t expecting much from myself. I suggest focusing on how much you could do vs how much you couldn’t do. It was really easy to take breaks on the climber, grab water, ponder wtf I got myself into haha 3) I liked how the room was set up. The lights and music make it a lot less boring than going to a gym. Also the configuration and lighting make it easy to be in your own world and avoid comparing yourself to other students. 4) Melissa was my teacher and she was so lovely and affirming! Tyler who also works there was checking people in and out was also a great cheerleader! 5) locker room and lounge area were so nice!

see all reviewsThe class was filled with light hearted vibes. James is friendly & approachable! Workouts were doable, you can make it harder by doing more rounds etc . I personally wished a timer was used (with a buzzer sound) and/or reminder of reps each exercise were vocalized out loud. It’s hard to remember what to do with which exercise when ure new. Will try this class again :)

The studio also has poles that block view of the teacher from certain angles, annoying but not the biggest deal. Mentioning it since if you’re taking a class, probably good to come early to get a good spot. I also liked this instructor’s music, she played chill classic rock and indie rock.
