    Really good class. Even though it was only 28 minutes of running, if you put your hardest you can get a really good sweat and the weighted section in his class is really good. I wish they had a 60 minute class that was high 45 and 15 minutes of weights

    Good class. Half running on a treadmill on intervals and half weighted. Wish Sean would provide more feedback on our form. It moved by fast and I felt as though I wasn't doing the right thing and could never grab his attention to help. Still good class.
