    Great cardio and kickboxing class. Class stared off with an intense 10 min of straight body weight cardio and shadow boxing (jump squats, burpees, lunges, jumping jacks, mountain climbers etc). Then class was split in half. Half doing standard circuits (dumbbell renegade rows, box jumps and tricep dips, treadmill, rope pulls, med ball slams) whole the other half of class did different bag work combination stations- one station being with the instructor. Class ended with sit ups and dumbbell shadow boxing/lifts/curls.

    This was my first time coming here and it was amazing. The instructor Daniella is amazing, super friendly and she is so easy to follow. She made me feel very comfortable. The whole vibe in the studio itself was very calming, there was incense burning as I walked in. I highly recommend this class with Daniella!

    Salsa - Beginner

    Jimmy is great! He breaks down each step clearly and teaches at a good pace. This is definitely a great class for beginners as I had very little experience in salsa. By the end of the class I was able to pickup the fundamental moves of the dance. The class was quite small with only 3 other students but I didnt mind as it felt more personal. The facilities are very clean and the staff is friendly. My only bit is that Jimmy has a slight accent so it was tough initially to understand his explanations.

    This class was so much fun! It’s blocks of dance cardio, mixed with arms, legs and abs sections. The teacher is super engaged and friendly! I’m shocked this class isn’t as popular as it should be. Will be back again!

    Jamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

    Great full body workout using dumbbells and bodyweight. Class consisted of 3 circuits, each circuit had 5 workouts-3 strength, 1 cardio and 1 core (done three times through). Expect to do squats, lunges, planks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, jumping jacks, skiers etc.
