    FLOAT > SHOP

The class is really just a short handstand workshop- which is great because its every week and doesn’t cost as much as other workshops do. We did a solid amount of conditioning on and off the mat so its great for beginners and more advanced students

    Muay Thai Kickboxing

Good class. Nice teacher with good instruction. Can be as hard or easy as you like based on how much effort you want to put into hitting the bag. Facility was clean as well. Also if you already own boxing wraps/gloves you can use them vs. rent or buy the lighter muy thai ones.

    SCULPT RESTORE (recovery)

First time in Emma’s class. Usually I find sculpt and restore too easy but timing worked out for me today. Her class was definitely challenging and we did some new things I’ve never done before. Lots of hands on adjustments. Loved this class!

    $25 Community Semi-Private Session

This location is brand new and so nice! The instructor was very friendly. While they usually don’t demo the exercises, Melinda did because there were only 2 of us. She also corrected posture so I felt like I really knew what I was doing- which is not always the case when I have to rely on verbal cu only

    Bootcamp 45 - LIVE

G is my favorite! He motivating and has upbeat workout routines. In this class you use a skill mill though which is powered by yourself rather than electric which is great but also harder to force yourself to go faster imo

I’ve quickly become obsessed with this workout. I told Amanda today that the challenge is thrilling. It’s so hard but you know it’s only 50 minutes long and after that 50 minutes you feel like a badass mofo who can do anything.

    Tumbling - Intro

Really great class. We went through drills that included practicing tuck jumps and turns on the trampoline, handstands, cartwheels, and a section to work on what we wanted to. The teacher was helpful with adjustments depending on level. Coming from no gymnastics experience, this class is great for anyone looking for a challenge.

Good work out and coaching. Just suggest some of the lesser experienced attendees are give tips to not drop kettlebells as they were bouncing around a bit. The gym is downstairs and a bit dark and wr but had everything needed.

    Barre Hybrid

Small intimate class. Instructor moved fast but was easy to follow if you’ve done any other barre or Pilates before. The studio is a little gritty/raw like a proper dance studio, but other than that it was a good experience.
