    Boxing - All Levels

Loooooooooove Maurice, he spent some extra time after class doing some ab work in addition to the circuit we did during class. I was miserable of course but worth it! As always, emphasis on footwork to make sure our punches fly true. Worth skipping/getting in trouble for missing work every time!!

    Kettlebell Kickboxing Total-Body Pure Intensity

Alex was great! The whole class was very technique heavy, with actually 1/3 of the time being instructions. But when youre moving its intense, so I was still sore after! A good class for a beginner too!

Fantastic instructor! It was a 1-1 session and I learned so many defensive moves. I feel better equipped and prepared from one session. Will definitely be back!
