I love hit house so much! Super friendly, clean, organized. A really fun but hard workout! I also feel like I’m actually learning how to properly make punches and kicks. Love the new sandbag element. Really helps take the class a bit further with toning!

HIIT The Deck Boxing Training Camp

Hard class! instructors are friendly but mean business - you can tell they are passionate about boxing. Probably not beginner friendly, but instructors are patient to newcomers. Lots of glove time with little bursts of HIIT in between. Was a super tough workout!

    Boxing

This is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.
