see all reviewsThe Tokyo Disco class, which is upper/lower body strength training in a circuit format, was really fun and the perfect challenge. Loved how the trainer (coach) stays in the room and corrects form and encourages you. The training area needs a good cleaning. The turf areas are beaten down and slippery; need to be replaced. The space is tight with a good amount of weights on the floor in groupings for people to use. Overall, enjoyed the class and will come back.
