My skin was so soft and moisturized leaving. I was so relaxed that I wish I booked a massage after. I will definitely be back. Great value, great service. I saw someone putting tools into a sanitizer, but mine didn’t come from a fresh pack. Overall, pretty much your typical salon. There was no check in for Classpass, but they accepted that I paid ahead of time when I showed my reservation and let me give only the tip.

I had planned to tip that amount because it’s what ClassPass had suggested and it is 20% of the service so it makes sense but it sort of sets a bad tone to tell somebody what the “minimum” expected tip is before you’ve even performed the service.

I could tell the beautician just wanted to go home as she was texting during the facial and there were a lot of moments where she was not actively working on my face. After the facial I asked the front desk how long the facial was supposed to last and he said 50 minutes then diverted to say that they leave most of the time for extractions and that maybe I just didn’t have as many extractions. I get facials done monthly and wanted to try a new place out, but I’ve never heard of a facial being cut short 15 minutes because I didn’t have as many extractions. The facial was the most basic I’ve received and overall not a great experience so I won’t be coming back.
