    Signature Barre

Combination of cardio and barre exercises. Brianna kept the energy high throughout with her encouragement and fun music. Make sure to pick up some grip socks from Amazon or buy some on site for $25. Super fun class to get your sweat on and pretty good for beginners.

Dave is fantastic! His classes are challenging but so good! I found it a little tough at first but got into the flow pretty quickly with his great instruction. Walked away in a completely different headspace. I will definitely be coming back and see why his classes are always super full!

    Detox Flow - Candlelight

Aldrin is a talented yogi who teaches in the traditional Indian style in a way that is accessible and fun. She has such a warm personality and you can tell she loves what she does. I don't normally enjoy yoga classes, but hers is different. If you want to experience real yoga, come to this class!

Chakra Hatha Flow - In Studio

Hali was an amazing instructor. I did the Chakra Hatha Flow class and was nervous as I read the class was ideal for people with some experience which I don’t have much but my goal is to try different types of yoga and see which ones I like most. Studio was clean and lots of natural light. Although I can’t hold/do all the yoga poses, Hali expressed something along the lines of not pushing ourselves too much which made me feel very comfortable. Would definetly go back.

Ariel’s classes are wonderful and dynamic. Great workout and movements. Only feedback is the heat seemed intense even at rest. Overheard others saying it felt overwhelming. Seems hotter lately.
