    Community Class

    Danbi was super welcoming as I came early and she showed me around. She talked to me about her journey and told me a few important things that would be happening before the class. Before the class started we went over a few key moves and things to know about the reformer. Class was DIFFICULT and I’ve done classes like Tone House and other intense HIIT classes. I loved challenging myself in a different way today and even though the music wasn’t my vibe the workout and Danbi definitely were. Even if you’re new to workout don’t feel bad about taking a pause when your muscle is about to cramp because it’s a community of people at different levels but I saw many people stopping at a point. I will hands down be back for another challenge!

    Really great class. We went through drills that included practicing tuck jumps and turns on the trampoline, handstands, cartwheels, and a section to work on what we wanted to. The teacher was helpful with adjustments depending on level. Coming from no gymnastics experience, this class is great for anyone looking for a challenge.

    Was happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta. Wish we did more varying boxing combinations but most of the class was new to boxing so it’s understandable. No matter what you’ll still break a sweat if you put all the work into it and the instructors are very motivating.
