    SCULPT RESTORE (recovery)

Good class. Instructor was nice and gave a lot of feedback as it was my first time here. Definitely a good class to start off with NYP. Ive been pretty intimidated and been pushing this off for awhile. Its been like two hours since class and my legs are already sore.

    WundaBar Workout

This was a great workout, I'm pretty sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow. I can't help but think there is always something awkward about this studio. Maybe it's the lighting, maybe it's the people that go, maybe it's that the whole street can watch you work out in the big open window. It's not awkward enough to turn me away but it's just something I've noticed.

    Reformer All Levels

This was the best Pilates class Ive taken so far! Daisy challenged us but was also very attentive to our form, adjusted us and gave very specific instructions on what to do. It wasnt crazy hard but it was definitely satisfying. I think its good even for beginners:)

    Community Class

Danbi was super welcoming as I came early and she showed me around. She talked to me about her journey and told me a few important things that would be happening before the class. Before the class started we went over a few key moves and things to know about the reformer. Class was DIFFICULT and I’ve done classes like Tone House and other intense HIIT classes. I loved challenging myself in a different way today and even though the music wasn’t my vibe the workout and Danbi definitely were. Even if you’re new to workout don’t feel bad about taking a pause when your muscle is about to cramp because it’s a community of people at different levels but I saw many people stopping at a point. I will hands down be back for another challenge!

    Power Vinyasa

I am not a yoga person but this was a phenomenal yoga class. Difficult and you definitely need to be familiar with basic flows and terms but not judgmental. I will be back. The studio is bare bones but clean and the mats are amazing.

    The CRF Experience

So upbeat, yet still so challenging! Roderick is always so much fun to see, even at 8am. He makes everyone feel special, and even remembers the ClassPass students (not regulars). The workout is always different and always tough, but I really appreciate the modifications and inclusive atmosphere.

    SLT - All Levels

Best SLT instructor I’ve ever had. Loooved this class. So bummed she only subs in SoHo. Class was pretty empty, they definitely shouldn’t be charging so many credits for nearly empty classes

Emily-Ann has the greatest body of all time. Just going to put that out there. She’s an awesome instructor in both SLT and Barre! She definitely leads a more advanced SLT class, so I wouldn’t beat yourself if you can’t keep up in your first class with her—just work towards being able to master one of her classes and MAYBE you’ll end up with a body like hers (: She’s great—highly recommend her classes for a really good workout that will leave you feeling strong and fit!

Gail is a knowledgeable instructor who gave excellent personalized feedback, and I enjoyed her choreography. But, Gibney cut the class short by 30 minutes because they wanted the room for something else! It's unfair for the instructor and students to have the class cut short by a significant 30 minutes

    ClassPass Beginner Trio

Very technical class which was great as I don’t know heads from tails with these machines. The look on the millennials faces being told to lock their phones away in another room was also enjoyably priceless. I will be back!
